Rather than constantly spamming the blog with so many dessert photos, and opening hours of various cafes and restaurants, I thought today I could talk about what I think makes a good creme brulee and my preferences, and expectations for them when served...

Delectable Desserts, Elliot Stables
The more I blog, the more I think about it, Auckland city is really a place filled with a diverse range of everything. It's really nice to think and know the level of diversity and multiculturalism that exists.
Because of this, a range of ethnic and authentic foods become available to us. Today's post talks about a dessert cafe at Elliot Stables that shows a high level of ethnicity and authenticity in their shop and desserts.

Casa del Gelato, Mt Eden Branch
Today's post will feature another gelato shop located in the small Mt Eden village. iStorm Gelato & Espresso, Chancery St
Frozen treats are suitable anytime, anywhere, on any occassion, and for any reason. According to Wikipedia, ice cream have been around since 400BC!
A few years ago, gelato (Italian word for ice cream) had been introduced to New Zealand, and had been a huge hit ever since.
iStorm Gelato & Espresso is a small ice cream shop situated in the busy and high end Chancery street of the Auckland CBD. If you're into trying out weirdly unique flavours and East Asian style treats, be assured that you can find all these things in this little shop.

Cafe Rhythm, Parnell
If you're like me and like to go food exploring, trying out all sorts of things, then Cafe Rhythm is surely a place you'd want to put on your 'places to try out' list.
Parnell Village is such a popular spot for both tourists and locals, not only filled with high end products, but here you will also find some of the most iconic cafes and shops, along with the infamous old phone booth. However, all these can be easily seen on the main road of Parnell, thus easily passing, or perhaps not even knowing, about the existence of the hidden treasures located within the area.

Moo Chow Chow, Ponsonby
In my mind, Ponsonby always gave me the impression that it was a long street filled with cafes and bars, and at the end of the day is only the start of an unforgettable night of fun.
To some people, more like myself, I think the Ponsonby area can be described in a few simple characteristics: cafes, bars, high end retail stores, and the one or two really famous restaurants. Little did I know, it turns out that Ponsonby street is packed with many ethnic and exotic restaurants that will give your taste buds a real surprise! Moo Chow Chow was a place that really stimulated my taste sense.
